Alaska Pollock (Alaska Pollock, Bleached Enriched Flour [Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid], Corn and/or Cottonseed Oil, Water, Modified Food Starch, Salt, Dextrose, Corn Flour, Yeast, Malt Syrup, Sugar, Partially Hydrogenated Soybean Oil, Cellulose Gum, Soy Flour, Carrageenan, Oleoresin Paprika, Spices, Leavening [Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate], Mono and Diglycerides, Natural Flavor, Sodium Alginate), Skim Milk, Blanched Macaroni (Water, Semolina, Wheat Gluten), Cheddar Cheese (Cultured Milk, Salt, Enzymes, Annatto Color), Cheddar Club Cheese (Cheddar Cheese [Cultured Milk, Salt, Enzymes], Water, Salt, Annatto Color), Soybean Oil, Bleached Wheat Flour, Salt, Xanthan Gum.

Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly. For food safety and quality, follow these cooking instructions. Since microwave oven wattage varies, cooking times may require adjusting. 1. Remove tray from box. Remove film cover. Cook on High 3 minutes, stir macaroni and cheese. Continue cooking on high 2-3 minutes. 2. Cooking 2 packages in microwave is not recommended. After cooking, let stand in microwave 1-2 minutes. Carefully remove tray from microwave and stir macaroni and cheese. 3. Fish is done when it flakes easily with a fork and is cooked throughout. Always check fish for doneness at minimum cook time and adjust time as necessary. Conventional oven cooking: Since ovens vary, cooking heat and time may require adjusting. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Do not exceed 350 degrees F. Remove tray from box. Remove film cover. Place tray on baking sheet on center rack in oven. Cook 30-35 minutes. Carefully remove baking sheet with tray from oven and stir macaroni and cheese. Let stand on baking sheet 1-2 minutes. Fish is done when it flakes easily with a fork and is cooked throughout. Always check fish for doneness at minimum cook time and adjust time as necessary. Do not prepare in toaster oven. A reheated plastic tray can warp or melt, reheating of tray is not recommended. Keep frozen until ready to use.
