Rice Noodle Packet: Rice Noodles (Rice Flour). Seasoning Packet: Sugar, Peanuts, Spice Mix (Onions, Pepper, Garlic, Tamarind, Chili, Cinnamon, Star Anise, Clove, Cardamom, Nutmeg), Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Purified Rock Salt, Maltodextrin (Corn), Dehydrated Fried Shallots and Dehydrated Spring Onions, and Paprika Oleoresin. Oil Packet: Shallot Oil (Soybean Oil, Shallots).

Microwave: 1. Remove all contents from tray. Remove rice noodles from bag and place back in tray. Pour in enough water to completely submerge noodles. 2. Microwave uncovered at High level for 3 or 4 minutes or until noodles are soft. 3. Secure lid to tray. Carefully drain hot water from tray through the corner holes of lid by tipping tray towards holes. (Handle with extreme caution because tray will be hot.) 4. Remove lid and add contents of both oil and seasoning packets. Mix well and enjoy! Boiling Water: 1. Remove all contents from tray. Remove rice noodles from bag and place back in tray. Pour in enough boiling water to completely submerge noodles. 2. Secure lid to tray. Let stand for 5 minutes or until noodles are soft. 3. Carefully drain hot water from tray through the corner holes of lid by tipping tray towards holes. (Handle with extreme caution because tray will be hot.) 4. Remove lid and add contents of both oil and seasoning packets. Mix well and enjoy!

Safety Warnings

Once filled with extremely hot water (following either microwave directions or boiling water directions) handle with great caution to avoid burning yourself. Tray will be very hot. Contains peanuts and soy.
