Stove Top: In a large saucepan with tight fitting lid bring 4 cups (32 oz) of water to a boil. Add 4 tablespoons olive oil or margarine (optional). Then 1 pkg. Vigo Yellow Rice Dinner, stirring while boiling for 1 minute. Cover saucepan tightly. Reduce heat to simmer, cook 20-25 minutes. Serve.
