On Rack (for a crispier crust): Preheat oven to 400 degrees F; Remove pizza from over wrap; Place pizza directly on middle oven rack; Bake for 14-16 minutes; Pizza is done when crust is golden brown and cheese is completely melted. On Pan or Cookie Sheet (for a softer crust): Preheat oven to 425 degrees F; Remove pizza from over wrap; Place pizza on pan or cookie sheet and put in oven on bottom oven rack; Bake for 15-17 minutes; Pizza is done when crust is golden brown and cheese is completely melted; Promptly refrigerate or discard any unused heated portion.
