2. Identify the ‘Shipping Region’ in which your ‘Ship To’ state is located.
3. On the corresponding ‘Shipping Region’ chart, find the value of your order.
4. Read across the value of your order to find the shipping rate you will be charged for your order.



Shipping Rates

Netgrocer is proud to offer reliable FedEx Super Saver delivery services to the 48 Contiguous United States and Alaska & Hawaii. We also offer special handling services to accommodate customers with APO / FPO addresses. However, we are not able to ship to PO Boxes.

You do not need to be home to receive your Netgrocer packages. With the FedEx “Driver Release” program, if you are not home, FedEx drivers will leave your order at your doorstep, so long as they feel it will be safe. Apartment dwellers please note: FedEx drivers should have access to a lobby or a doorman.

Depending on where you live, your order will most likely arrive within three to seven business days (except for APO/FPO orders which will require more delivery time). The amount you will be charged for shipping, within the 48 Contiguous United States, can be found using the accompanying map and charts below.

Alaska & Hawaii

Alaska & Hawaii shipping charges are based on the weight of your order. Shipping is $25.00 for up to the first 5 lbs. and $2.00 for each additional pound.

APO / FPO (Army Post Office/ Fleet Post Office)

APO/FPO shipping charges are based on the actual weight of your order, the number of boxes that comprise your order and the specific APO/FPO AA, AP or AE zip code you are shipping to.

Tracking your order

Netgrocer makes it convenient for you to track your orders online. Click “My Account” then Order History to review your orders. Recently shipped orders will display a track link under the heading “Options Available for Order” Click the track link to see recent shipping updates.

All re-routing of orders must be done by calling 1-888-Netgrocer. There is a $10 charge per box for an order re-route. Order re-routing may delay the packages arrival depending on the new destination.
